Hey, I’m Ryan, father to my son Leo-Hunter. I write these letters to him, but they're really about all of us. About presence, resilience and the small moments that matter.

These letters are part reflection, part lesson, part memory. They have become a way for me to ensure that I don’t miss a thing in Leo’s life, or mine. Not everyone is a dad (or a mum), but everyone can relate to love, time and family.

I post my letter every Tuesday at 07:00am. It’s a short read but a powerful one (and very personal). These letters are my gift to Leo, but also to anyone who wants to pause, reflect and reconnect.
